We made this video to explain how to buy products on Bpm-Power.com and to answer the most frequently asked questions from our customers. We are going to explain step by step how to finalize the purchase on our website starting from the cart to the payment.

The mission of Bpm-Power is to be the first to publish the new products on the website. To do so, our two catalogue teams oversee the creation and the publication of products with all the essential information to make the purchase, such as, the EAN code, a description, an identification code and at least one photo. The title and the code are the essential information which give access to the guarantee.

We remind you that all prices are VAT included, even shipments. In order to understand the cost of shipping you can simulate the purchase by placing the products in the cart and choosing the shipping and payment methods.

All shipments to European countries are made with UPS. Shipping times are indicated on the product page under the green word “disponibile” (available). For all European countries except Italy the courier will take from 48 to 72 hours for delivery. In case the courier will not find you at home for two times we will contact you in order to have a confirmation of your shipping address.

The order will follow the process you can monitor from the page «stato dell’ordine» (status page). When you place it will be «nuovo» (new) and once paid it will be «aperto» (open). Then, when our warehouse is processing it you will see it as «in lavorazione» and in the end you will see it as «spedito» (shipped). Each change of status will be notified to you with an email.
